MTN INSURANCE - ****

Absolutely DISGUSTING service. MTN device insurance for a device I need for work. Every month I pay a premium price and expect good service yet they don't ever bother responding to your emails. I have had MULTIPLE call center reps put the phone down in my ear because I'm hassling them for answers. More than a month of waiting. I either expect my device fixed IMMEDIATELY, or replaced, or Guardrisk is welcome to pay back all my payments from the last 4 years I have been paying them approximately R200 per month. Not even sure why anyone contracts you guys, I hope you go out of business, and soon, so you can stop *****ing peoples money and wasting their time. If I could give zero stars I would.
