Mtn insurance claim not processed

I have a phone insurance with guard risk under mtn I have claimed since end of October and every time I call to follow up on the claim they put me on hold until I get tired and hang up I think it's a bit unfair that I payed for this insurance for the past 23 month and when it's time for my phone to be repaired I get such treatment
