MTN Insurance
I app**** for cellphone insurance. I wanted to follow with the application. I was told that the consultant could not help me without a reference number. However, I had not received one from the supposed automatic email. How ludicrous is this? Also, it takes them 5 working days to approve a simple insurance application.<br> <br> They do not allow for telephonic application even though the call is recorded. This is a pretty retarded insurance process if you ask me when compared to REAL insurers like Outsurance.<br> <br> I have decided to take other insurance which is DOUBLE what MTN was going to charge.
