They ******* me over the phone to accept a debit order mandate when trying to sell me a policy. They never emailed the policy. When I phoned them to speak to the sales consultant they refused to put me through and they put 4 x *****ulent debit orders on my account. I am furious and they have not responded to my email to rectify this.
