I have logged my claims on the 4th of APRIL already, I have been informed a week later that there were outstanding documents on ONE of my claims, HEARD NOTHING ABOUT THE SECOND CLAIM!!!! Sent through ALL the necessary documents......still nothing, nada, no feedback, It takes you longer to get a claim dealt with than healing from an operation, will never refer anyone to MedGap, USELESS!!!
