I received an email from Guardrisk yesterday regarding the company relocating to their new Premises, it was the first time i heard about this Company i called them and spoke to a lady by the name of Cynthia who said that she will ask someone to call me and explain what the policy was about, the lady who did not even give ne her name called me today she was no helpful at all, apparently she could not even find my policy number on their system policy mas***, i wanted her to explain more but all she said was Guardrisk is an underwriter for different policies which she could even name one of them, i even tried to explain to her that Hollard has different types of insurance if an agent calls they will be able to explain what type of insurance is he or she calling about instead she hang up and she was very dismissive and rude , it is not my fault she doesn't know the type of product her company offers, if she doesn't know she must ask so she can able able tp explain the type of services that they offer at the company they work for.
