Legal action against Guardrisk Insurance for deducting money

Even though Guardrisk Admed requires one to renew an existing insurance policy each year, they will keep on deducting money from your account if you don't. After multiple complaints and a complaint on this site, they finally cancelled my insurance, but refuse to pay me back the money already taken for 2019. Thabiso Gogotya was the Guardrisk employee that provided me with this information.

Even though this is not a lot of money they owe me, I will pursue this further with the help of legal counsel. Feel free to join in.
