Lack of professionalism and incompetence!!!!

I logged a complaint last week. I recieved feedback and again, after I send my policy through still claiming the policy is not in place. How do you not see on my profile and numerous emails send that I indeed have a policy. They are dodging the facts to make it look like they have no idea what the client is talking about and playing for time. This is completely unprofessional and *********** from their side. In the meantime I have to drive with my 3 year old in an unsave car due to their lack of professionalism. The bigger the company the less efficiency clearly!
