Insurance *******!!!

DO NOT!!!! use Guardrisk Insurance Company for computer/laptop insurance. My laptop, HP EnvyX360, Is insured by them through Techsured for accidental breakage and theft. The premium on this policy is R353.30 per month, which includes a yearly increase of 8% as well as an excess of 15% for any claim. The exact same cover, without excess, is R48.21 at Outsurance. A yearly saving of R3661.08. I have sent 4 letters to Guardrisk Insurance querying their excessive premium structure without success. All I get back is an automated computer generated letter informing me that they have received my query. To date not one agent or consultant has contacted me, indicative of the uncaring type of service offered by most Insurance companies.
