INSURANCE GONE WRONG

I had a horrible experience as I was nearly taken out by a truck by a gold wagon truck driver. The insurance company didn’t grant the claim and I was kept hanging for months with excuses. The gentleman I dealt with was kind but his company is absolutely horrible. What kind of company doesn’t pay out a claim for a clear situation of a truck driving into my vehicle from the turning lane, with a witness statement. I would never ever ever use them in my life. You could pay me to use them and I never would.
