Insurance company that i will never refer people too

To whom it may concern

writing this with heavy and disturbed emotions, my father had a policy with the company SA taxi underwritten by guard risk. he was paying regularly without fail unfortunately he passed away i march 2024 to our surprice while my dad was paying the policy it came with credit life which today this particular company is refusing to play their part and now disclose that my father didnt disclose that he is sick, how can he not disclose when he took this while he was ill. medical documents were requested which we did run around for but later we told that he is not covered even the policy document does not even show that it was taken out or scratched out. is this how companies rob dead people who cant tell the story. This is really shocking for a big company like this to be ripping people off the money , i am really annoyed with the service we received thus far.
