Ignores cancelation requests and continues debiting account and forget payment of your claims that never happens!!

I have a Admed Gap Cover. For months I have been trying to claim from them, firstly no matter how many times you send the requested documents they ignore them.and ask for them repeatedly which seems like a tactic not to pay the claim. Secondly after getting tired of trying to claim with no help I sent a cancellation email in December. I have repeatedly sent this email since then once again this gets ignored and they continue to debit premiums from my account. This company has been a nightmare to deal with and not above board.
