I want my phone back

Nothing annoys me like having to deal with this company,i reported a claim they took a whole month to approve,it took them another month for them to come fetch the phone,now its another month im waiting for my phone to come back,at that time they are ****en debit money for the phone that im not using,everyday i call those stupid agent will always say they will come back to me,yesterday i spoke to Mbali insisting that i want to speak to the supervisior she told me they aint there like *** ,she ddnt even attend my problem even today still waiting for repair centre that never answer phone or give update,i just want my phone back,even now im on the phone again with Phindile who refuse to put me through to supervisior cz she wants to call the repair centre even though i tell her thats what they have been doing the whole month ,im really tired of these insurance
