I put a claim on uMhlathuze municipality claim number 222021/49 then they refer me to guardrisks claim.claim number 880013

I've been sending them emails they promise to call me back but never did until I call them then they keep on telling me we did this and that but you never saw any results, sometimes they promise to call me back but never did .
