Guardrisk/MTN False Advertising And Extremely Poor Service

My device was ****** on the 19th of November 2022 and I immediately went through the correct channels to process my claim and everything was in order and and my claim was approved on the 28th of November and excess was payed on the 29th and confirmation was received asking for my delivery address of the 30th.

I have since been waiting for my device and calling every single day asking what the delay is and I'm told there is no stock till today December the 7th 2022.

I had even spoken to one of the call center agents and said that since they had stock on a 128gb model device I did not mind downgrading from my 256gb model and even getting approval for that is taking forever.

I would not recommend that anyone insures with GuardRisk/MTN Insurance at all! I am personally done with them and will never put my trust in them again
