Guardrisk - Unprofessional & *********

My wife had to undergo a planned procedure on her LEFT shoulder. This operation was not covered by Guardrisk due to a waiting period. While still recovering she fell and injured her RIGHT shoulder. Guardrisk maintains that they will not pay as it is the same injury, ALTHOUGH IT IS ON DIFFERENT SHOULDERS.. According to them the fact that the same ICD10 code has been used is proof that the second shoulder was a chronic condition. I have sent them a report from the surgeon confirming two different operations on two different shoulders, yet they still refuse to pay. I have never in my life been made out to be a **** in such a way! I have never seen such unprofessional and ********* practice from any other company. I get no further reaction in trying to resolve this situation.
