Guardrisk - unauthorised deduction from bank account

Out of the blue this company deducted money from my banking account with Capitec in the form of a debit order - unbelievable! - which I did NOT approve. Capitec immediately reversed it and cancelled the debit order but I am really flabbergasted by this total infringement on my right to privacy especially when it comes to my private banking affairs!
