Guardrisk the experts of declining claims

I submitted my claim 1st week of December 2019, and was told it was still under investigation. 2 months later my claim is declined whereas I submitted everything they required. Most people who submitted their claims at guardrisk were declined. . What must we do for u to approve our claims????? N***xx . Our premiums are up to date but still....... N******
