Guardrisk TERRIBLE (underwriters for MTN cellphone insurance)

Very bad experience. Do yourself a favour - when getting cellphone insurance with MTN ask them who the underwriters are. If its Guardrisk, do NOT take it. I have insured multiple phones with them for years and never claimed. NOW when it came to my very 1st claim they declined it due to 'fine print clause' in the contract. Despite my blacklisting the ph, providing a case number etc. They will take your money happily, but wont pay out when it matters.
