Guardrisk repudiated claim but provides no proof
They underwrite MTN insurance. Make allegations that SIM wasn't in phone. Reject claim but will not supply proof as staff member maintained it was in and we even had to do a sim swap. Standard practice for Insurance providers accept the risk but don't want to pay when claim occurs. Predictable
