Guardrisk never pay out
Looking at all the bad reviews about Guardrisk I'm surprised mtn use them and that they're still in business.
Have been paying for a phone through mtn underwritten by Guardrisk and phone has been ****** and after 'review' they won't pay out. They are the biggest ********. Make sure who your insurers are.

I have received feedback, and my original post still stands that Guardrisk don't pay out. As I said in my review, we paid MTN insurance through Guardrisk for 5 years to be told that the criteria wasn't correct so no payout. MTN is ruining your reputation, but doesn't seem like it matters. Hope you enjoyed 5 years of quick buck.
And MTN blame the client for not checking the smallprint. Didn't think we had to when it was discussed with the agent and the facts made clear. Just continues to give insurance companies a bad name that they take your money and will fight every claim.
Insurance is cancelled and we will avoid anything to do with Guardrisk in future.

I suspect I will receive another email saying that we didn't read the small print, although MTN told us that the old phone would be covered, hence our paying premiums for 5 years. Now you won't pay. The premiums we have paid cover the phone 5 times over so do the right thing to redeem your reputation.
