Guardrisk life insurance

I had received a call last year from Guardrisk Life Insurance. They advertised their health insurance and I joined their company. The next month I called them to cancel my policy with them and the consultant I spoke with said Tony policy had been cancelled. The following month I started seeing deductions on my payslip from them even though my policy had been ‘cancelled’. I called their customer care and explained what was happening, their response was I must go to one of their branches and cancel there. I have looked up their branches and called them but nobody answered and ever since they are still deducting money from my payslip for a policy that has been cancelled.
