I do not know how mtn insurance underwriters - Guardrisk got hold of my account details in December 2019 but they did. they further continued to debit my account even after the 45 trail of emails exchange in which they confirmed that they had mistaken me for one of their clients and promised to rectify the error. Four months went by without them rectifying the error. In April 2020 when I requested for my refund they said they are affected by lock down but promised to. Just the other day after another inquiry they sent me a message saying they will not pay my money back because I canceled my contract in March and the debit in April therefore is a month notice allowance to them. Fact is I never entered into any contract with them in the first place. All I want is for them to bring back what they have been *****ing from me.
