GuardRisk Insurance Underwriters for MTN are awful.

Cancel you MTN phone insurance now and switch over to a 3rd party like Outsurance if you value your time and money.

So apparently GuardRisk are the insurance company MTN now use. The MTN call centre has given me the same response for 3 weeks now. We have not heard back from our underwriters. 3 weeks is terrible service, I had car insurance claims settled faster. This seems like a ****. How does a company like MTN allow this sort of thing to happen. I am moving cell provider if this is the service I can expect.
