Guardrisk Insurance is a flop!

My phone was collected for repairs on the 15th of January. As I followed up I was told that my phone would be couriered back to me on the 31st of January and latest should be 3rd of February. I called again on the 3rd to find out what is happening and I was told that the people at the repair center have fixed my phone but haven't tested it because they do not know my password. They said they will courier the phone without testing it by Tuesday the 4th of February. Today I called again to follow up as they did not deliver my cellphone and I am being told that the phone is still at the repair centre and they cannot confirm when it'll be back. I honestly do no understand how long it takes for a replacement of a simple screen. I need my phone urgently, there is a lot of things I cannot do without my cellphone and it seems that Guardrisk & their repair center are not bothered.
