Guardrisk Insurance GAP Cover

When I had my first cardiac arrest the GAP cover immediately paid the difference between my Admed account and the hospital invoice. I had a second cardiac arrest during June this year and Guardrisk Insurance does not want to pay the GAP cover. Every time I send an e-mail asking the reason for them not paying or phoning with my inquiry why they do not pay the GAP cover, I get a different answer. I am paying over R3000.00 premium for the GAP cover via my medical fund, and if the Guardrisk Insurance only use two months premium the GAP cover would have been paid
