Guardrisk Insurance - disaster during lockdown

In December 2019 my business washed away, every single month I battle to get any form of payment - even though I’m covered for Business Interuptuon. On the 24th of March just before the lockdown I signed a payment form to be able to pay my staff salaries and todate 11 April 2020 I have still not received this money. I’m a time where our president are asking us to try our best to keep our staff employed - Guardrisk puts me in a position where I now have tons of staving families And no way to help them!!
