Guardrisk insurance company Sasfin

I took an insurance with Guard risk and the only payment that I was supposed to pay was an excess fee, now they are say I must pay for things that were not part of the agreement, they are talking about storage, security and towing. I never agreed to all of the abovementioned expenses. Even in policy agreement, they are not there
