Guardrisk insurance and MTN stole my phone

I took in my phone for repairs at the beginning of December 2019, the phone has since been with them. First they said there are delays with the repair shop and after weeks and weeks of waiting a told them to return the phone back to me and i will do the repairs myself

Two months later this company refuses to return my phone. They make promises that it will be delivered but all they do is send people to my house to COLLECT the phone not deliver it. At this point i consider my phone ****** as they wont even return it
