Guardrisk huawei care cover agent

I was on a call with Luyanda Simamane to get cover for my Huawei device, he called me yesterday in the morning and I asked him to call me back during my lunch time and he only called me at a time that was still not convenient. When he calls me this morning he had an attitude and I still continued with him on the call cos wanted to get assisted so I can get cover for my device, halfway through the call I could not continue because of the tone of his voice, he patronized me and had a condescending tone. I asked that he gets another agent to call me because I was appalled by his behavior!! The service I received from Luyanda Simamane was appalling to say the least!!
