Guardrisk *****

I've got an issue with Guardrisk insurance being offered to us by our credit providers, that is Capitec, Mtn and RCS to name a few. I've been trying to contact their service center but they don't answer my calls (Guardrisk).

I have an RCS credit from both Makro and Cape union mart which is insured under Guardrisk, my question was if I already have a credit life policy with Guardrisk, ain't they suppose to cover me on all the credits I have more especially under the same company that is RCS? With Capitec I launched a claim back in 2020 for them to cover my monthly installment into my Capitec loan since I was not working during lockdown due to covid 19 restrictions. I was out of work for 3 months without pay and I was hoping that since my loan is insured Guardrisk will cover me but NO! they did not. 2 years later I receive an email from Capitec bank saying that my insurance claim was finally approved but they will not cover me the 3 months claimed and they won't the full amount of the installment but a partial payment will be done to assist me because of the difficulties encountered during Covid-19. When I made a follow up enquiry with Capitec asking them how come the insurance did not cover me the full installments into my loan, I got a story from Capitec claiming that actually the payout was not from my policy but Capitec decided to assist clients who were receiving uif during lockdown by paying a partial payment of their credit and this forms no part of the insurance policy. My question is how generous is Capitec, helping it's customers with loan payments without expecting anything back 🤔 Then boom a month later I receive another email saying "your loan will increase as well as your insurance policy "😡 I feel de*****ed by my bank Capitec and Guardrisk because although I went through a financial crisis during lockdown I made I keep my credits and accounts out of arrears by using my saving along with my uif payout, yet still Capitec decides to increase my loan term whereas I planned to finish it in record time. Please Guardrisk and Capitec paybcj all the premiums I paid into the insurance since you did not keep your promise yet I did keep mine please I plea with you guys please
