Guardrisk created policy after the application was canceled and debited from my account

Terrible. I filled in an application to join admed in Novemeber and canceled my current Gap cover policy with Liberty. After 3 weeks of no communication and the risk of having no Gap policy in place, I reinstated my Liberty policy and telephonically cancelled my Admed/Guardrisk Gap cover application and got confirmation via email on 14/12/2016 that my application had been cancelled. On 2nd January I got an SMS saying a policy had been put in place and money was deducted from my account. I now paid for 2 GAP policies because of Admeds incompetence. Now after 2 weeks of emailing and getting no response to get my money back I have reverted to here, im still waiting for my ****** money to be returned and a response to any of my emails. I had to spend another R50 with my bank to make sure Admed was unable to deduct any more money from my account. 4 weeks an no response.
