GUARDRISK AND MTN INSURANCE IS THE WORST SERVICE. Terrible Insurance :-(
MTN INSURANCE underwritten by GUARDRISK Insurance is the worst claims experience I have ever received. Very happy to collect insurance premiums from me for years and then when my phone falls and cracks they drag a claim for 2 months. This insurance is a lie. I lodged the claim at the beginning of September and still I am told when I call.."we can't confirm how long this claim will take". This is ridiculous.
