Guardrisk/Admed Gap treating customers UNfairly

On the 15 December 2015 out of sheer frustration, is submitted an email complaint to Guardrisk/Admed Gap.
In the 15 days following my email to Admed Gap, I have still not received an email or telephonic response to my queries though the complaint was emailed to 4 different email addresses within the organisation.
The claims that I submitted where for shortfalls of R5598.50 and R670.45 respectively and I have yet to receive payments remotely close to these shortfall figures.
It is rather disappointing that as an organisation you fail to adhere to the complaints standard set by yourselves (refer to section 5 of your complaints manual) .

As an Financial Services Provider, you have fallen short in terms of Treating Customers Fairly as I have not been provided with clear information and been kept appropriately informed during this process
