GUARD RISK **********

I’m tired of contacting you to get the insurance assessor to give feedback it been weeks now and to top it off I’m being told there is no turn around time I demand a full refund of what I have paid for my premiums you are *****s and I won’t take this lying down !! I have contacted you numerous times and you are withholding feedback regarding the claim. The first time I was told my assessment of the claim takes 7-14 days I called 8 days later after submitting the form I was told they had submitted the claim called again and I was told a different story claim and not been submitted. Eventually it was forwarded to assessor then after that it was taken for a further assessment. This is a month and still no feedback and now you have changed from 7-14 days to you don’t know the turnaround time! This is appalling service and they are is a lot of complaints regarding your policies and I personally think you are *****s. You have been sued by the Fat Cactus and it’s all over the news . I want all the monies I have paid !!! This is a waster of my time and money I want it now !!!
