guadrisk irrisponsible and unaccountable to clients

Good day , in september 2015 I opened a gapcover with Admed Guardrisk. Policy number ********** 2 in April 2016 I was diagnosed with cancer had a lobetic operation an in may went onto chemotherapy, in july the 4th 2016 I app**** for my shortfalls on the doctors accounts, two weeks after I sent in my application they send me the application back stating I needed to have my own banking details ,yet I was given an application form to fill in for all monies to be put into a third party account they then claim my husband signed the forms yet he is in johannesburg, still so ill I went and open a banking account and sent Admed Guardrisk the completed forms, they said it will take 14 days to process. I have been receiving lawyers letters stating they will be taking me to court if I don't pay the shortfalls. I had a doctors appointment for the 21 of july 2016 which had to be cancelled because I'm owing the doctor shortfalls . My chemotherapy was for thursday the 28th of july but I could not go as lancet is also owed a shortfall and refused to do my blood count which I have to have before chemotherapy . appointment which was for last week Thursday. The 21st of july 2016 , also I cannot receive my chemo therapy because lancet is owed a shortfall and refusing to do my blood test to check my blood count before chemo hence its threw waiting on Admed that I'm receiving no treatment. Iv emailed Admed Guardrisk and got no response I then emailed Admed complaints no response, iv emailed Joanna Gloag who sent me an email to contact Rene Blenkman iv tried so many times to call and it says unable to take your call switch 0 to go back to reception who had tried putting me threw to four other people to help all the same response ,unable to take your call, yesterday morning the 27th of july reception took my number and told me she will get someone to call me back its now the 28th of july 2016 an I got no call back , it begs to ask the question who at Admed takes calls and how clients are given the rum around when its time to pay shortfalls , I wish I never opened a gap cover with Admed Guardrisk I'm sure I would of been treated with respect and dignity if I opened a gap cover somewhere else. Kind regards Gail Van Wyk
