Great customer service

I would like to compliment Cindy-lee Smith (smart claims consultant - motorite/smartuma) on the great service she has provided me with.

Even though my claims process was not the best and I have been assisted by many others who seems to not care to resolve or take any note towards my concerns regarding my claims lodged and dispute. I rather not mention names but their service was very cold, no feedback provided or call me after promising to give me a call back via email.

I am most grateful for Cindy-lee Smith for the exceptional service she has been providing me.

She keeps in touch with me and always answers my questions I greatly appreciate the personal attention that she showed me. She excels in customer service always going above and beyond, is efficient, polite, friendly, and just the BEST! 👍
