I claimed for my phone insurance with GRSA, after submitting all the document, i got email saying that it has been declined. got an email again from guardrisk with information or details that is not is not is not contract that i have. i waited and waited before i could reach that 90 days of them i tried again to dispute direct to guardrisk . but still it was saying declined. This guys are hiring the best ****MERS to take our money I have been paying them all my money R9000...... gone to nothing. I wish it was posibble to reclaim all my money so that i buy a new phone.
