Gaurd risk bad

I Had and still having a bad experience with guard risk Cellphone insurance I had aa valid Cellphone claim with them which they declined I escalated the matter to the Ombudsman and the claim was approved now they are now the insurance company is charging me an excess of R1800 which is supposed to be R300 for replacement device which is worth between R1200 and R1900 depending on the stores. The person who's dealing with my claim does not have phone etiquette bad communication and is unable to deliver or explain properly I have requested several times for my claim ro be moved to someone else as I cannot understand the claims guy Clearance Mukwevho who does not even give a dam about customers .

And the guy i was communicating with Clearance Mukwevho is pushing me to take settlement which they say is R1200 but they will give R900 as they need to deduct the excess amount.
