Frustrated client

Underwriter for Finchoice Funeral, I put in my claim and sent through all required documentation on the 23/09/2024, however to this day no pay out received. Instead my family and I have been subjected to interrogations by Guardrisk like a ********s, now all of a sudden I must furnish them with the post motem, something that was not requested in the beginning. Guardrisk is the worst company to deal with, truly inconsiderate.
