Frustrated and out of pocket!

I had my wisdoms out on the 2nd of Feb 2018. I called ahead of the procedure twice to find out what medical aid would cover, what gap cover would cover and what I would be liable for. It is over a month later and I am still over R9000 out of pocket because Admed have been *********** and unhelpful. After submitting you receive an email a week later to say you have documents outstanding - so you send the documents. A week later you get an email saying you have documents outstanding - so you send the documents. This goes on and on and on. My company uses Admed as the gap cover for all employees but if it were up to me it would be any other company.
