*****. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
I just got my salary advice and I have 2 policies EMERALDCF that I never took. This is *****! I don't even know the company. I haven't been getting my salary advice for some time now because of changing provinces. I want it cancelled and refund my money

05 Feb 2020, 17:52Reported about these policies deducting December and January to your complaint administrator. She said I should send my pay slip, till today I haven't received any feedback. It's time I took this matter forward about deducting from my salary without my consent and evading my privacy

20 Feb 2020, 19:42This is the 4th time complaining about this organisational. I still haven't received my refund and when I called them last week they said latest will be Thursday which is today. Am taking this matter to the Consumer protection act
