In June 2022 a consultant of your company phoned me regarding a gap cover on my medical aid. The lady asked me if I consent and if the amount can be deducted from my salary. On this question I CLEARLY and specifically stated NO. I asked that the information be sent to me via email, in order for me to read through and then I will get back to you. No email, nor any other correspondence have been received. No card, scheme info or whatsoever has been received. The amount of R299 was deducted from my salary from the end of June. I only noticed this when I received my latest pay slip as the department of education is moving from printed pay slips to electronic pay slips. I phoned immediately when I noticed this. After 3 different consultants talked to me, I was assured that the policy was cancelled and the cancellation document is sent to my email. Again I have not received anything.
