Easy to collect premium but difficult to pay when 1 claim

It so difficult to really claim what belongs to me from Admed, i was required to bring documents that even the service provider does not have. I even decided to link them to the doctors account thinking since they both knowledgeable of the documents related to hospital accounts then it will be smooth but to date the account is not settled
