DONT PAY CLAIMS

My name is Brigitte Kriel and I was ****** on 31 December 2019. I was talking on the cell phone in the street outside of my complex when a man came up from behind hit me over my head and grabbed the phone. The man ran into a moving car and they drove away. As the cell phone is very expensive I had it insured and the consultant at MTN did make me aware that I need to insure the phone for the sim card that would be in the phone namely number ***. So when I claimed with the insurance in Jan 2020 they declined my claim saying that the sim card encoded was not listed on the schedule. I ask you why would I insure my phone and pay insurance every month and not insure for the sim card in the phone. I found my contract and the 079 number is listed on the contract. I tried to dispute this with Gaurdrisk but I have not received any feedback and when I try phoning an unenthusiastic lady answers the phone and tells me to leave a message they will get back to me! All I can think is that you are ******* and I will no longer pay my insurance policy because you DONT WANT TO PAY CLAIMS!
