Doesn't care much about people
Had a cellphone policy from MTN that was underwritten by guardrisk insurance, my claim was not paid and the reasoning they gave me is that they don't regard car jamming as a crime ...
I was a victim of crime due to car jamming now and they stole all my belongings inside the car ..

13 May 2021, 15:50It's been 2 months now and I paid insurance for more than 20 months without any skipping of payments hoping that 1day if things happen to my phone either breaking or not working properly I have an insurance to cover the cost... But to my surprise I am getting that my claim is not respected as you guys don't recognise car jamming as crime. I hope we all live in South Africa any know what country we live in that's why we opt for insurance when things go the other way. Please revisit my claim , I am really not happy with your services....
