Do not ever take Guardrisk Insurance

Do not take any insurance underwritten by Guardrisk. I took a cellphone insurance from Huawei in 2022 paying R146 a month ,increased to R156 in 2025. I lost my cellphone May 2026 in a taxi when the Taxi owners forced us out of a taxi fighting with the driver who allegedly had no permission to load in that area and I had grocery plastics. The claim was declined saying that I was negligent. I took care of the cellphone for full 4 years . I submitted the claim and the response took 30 days . I sent a dispute but they never bothered to respond
