Dissatisfaction of denied claim

I advise everybody not to take that risk. you will regret big time and make sure no one in your circle do. They will find every reason under the sun not to replace your phone or whatever you loss is. They are refusing to replace my phone but they are still debiting me for what reason I don't know. Apparently I did not comply to terms and conditions which I never saw or signed for. According to them they sent an email and I never opened it. How strange?
