Dishonest and lack of integrity

Good day I have a policy with you guys which was signed up over 18 months ago.

Sadly the insured has passed on and we have submitted the claim, hoping to use these funds to carry out final rights and ceremonies. Being already going through an emotional time, we never expected that we would receive soo much of added stress and dishonesty from you guys as being such a big company.

The claim was declined stating that it was within a 6 month waiting period, when I called to clarify, the consultant did verify that the policy was over 18 mnths and a manager will call back to correct and sort out. Since then we only get the run around, with lies and false promises. Managers are avoiding us and not returning calls. I have decided to give you guys this chance to resolve this with honesty and integrity or I will engage with Ombudsman because I have had enough of the false promises, lies and the run around from you guys.
