Delay in issuing a device.

Its been almost 6 weeks now waiting for device, claim was submitted long time ago and I am the one who constantly call the company, I call every day and the first two week I called the gentleman stated that the device will be picked up and sent to me and to date I am told that there is no device (iPhone 14 Promax -128g) but 228G and Its stressing as I have exams to prepare and no one cares, I need my phone and this is taking long. if there is no 128 then give me iPhone 14 -228g. I can't wait any longer and I am also paying for the device that its not in my possession. Even now I am on a call and I am holding on. I am tired of stories that I get that there is no device sounds like a story from spas shop.
